Shipping and Priority Handling

Warranty and Coverage Limitations

Delivery is covered for damage, theft, or loss during transit. However, this coverage does not apply to orders marked as delivered. The lifetime warranty is exclusive to customers with an active continuous rewards subscription. For customers without a subscription, claims can only be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. The warranty specifically covers defects related to the item's appearance (cosmetic) or functionality (mechanical).

We do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, claims for damage due to normal wear and tear—defined as gradual damage from regular use, such as scuffs or fading—will not be accepted.

Claims Processing and Refund Policy

We aim to process all claims within 3 business days. Adequate documentation is required for all claims, and failure to provide clear and legible proof may result in delays or denial. Proof requirements include photos of damage, a police or incident report for theft, or tracking information showing non-delivery. If a claim is approved and a refund is issued, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the item purchased.
