Order Processing Time

All orders made before 5:00 PM are typically processed within 1-2 (Monday to Friday) business days from the time of order placement. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, and any delays will be promptly communicated to customers.

Important Notes

    • Processing time is the duration it takes to prepare and dispatch an order after it has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
    • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
    • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped.
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on the weekends or holidays.

      We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Order processing is 1 to 2 business days. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.

      Order Tracking

      After your purchase, we'll email you shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link to our track page.       Shipping Carrier Information

      We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping carrier.

      Standard Free Shipping:

      • All orders are shipped using USPS standard shipping services.
      • Estimated delivery time is based on USPS guidelines and may vary depending on the destination.

      Shipping Restrictions

      Continental United States: We exclusively offer shipping to all states within the continental United States.
      Alaska and Hawaii: We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply; please check shipping costs during the checkout process.
      International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the United States.
      PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
      Delivery Delays: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

       

      How do I update the shipping address?

      We're unable to change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@feanatic.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours during our 9am to 5pm PT business hours.

      I've changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?

      If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched, and will issue a full refund within 24 hours.

      My order has arrived damaged. What shall I do?

      If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps and we'll aim to refund you as per our return policy.

      What if my order gets lost in mail?

      If you have not received the item within 3-6 days please reach out to us. We'll contact our courier to find out the location of your parcel. In the event the parcel gets lost in mail and the address is correct, we'll send out a new order to your address, free of charge. If you entered an incorrect delivery address at checkout and we delivered to the address you provided, we will not be liable.
