Handheld Detector With a Sound and Light Alarm
This handheld detector uses a semiconductor sensor for sensing gas. It sounds an alarm and flashes a light when the reading is high. A sensitivity setting can be adjusted to suit different rooms and work areas.

The listed methane range runs from 50 up to 1000 PPM overall. Response takes about 5 seconds for readings up to 500 PPM. Above 500 PPM, the response takes about 2 seconds to show on the unit.

The unit needs about 30 seconds to warm up after it is switched on. It works in 20 to 80 percent humidity from 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Storage is listed for 50 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

The detector is 6.77 by 1.06 by 0.91 inches and weighs 1.26 ounces. An English user manual comes in the package with the unit. Plus, no safety certification is listed for this unit, so check local rules.
